Homemade wheat bread

I think there is nothing in the world like homemade bread. Whenever I smell the wonderful aroma of fresh bread I am brought back to my childhood days at my Grandma's house. Now, I make fresh bread a few times a week for my own family and I think of my Grandma every time I do.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/3 cups warm water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
3 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/4 cup dried milk
1 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Combine ingredients and knead for eight minutes. Allow to rise 60 minutes. Shape into 8 inch log. Place in oiled loaf pan. Rise for 30 minutes. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
